Valley Yarns Designer Series Ellison is an amazing semi-circular shawl, knit with short row wedges using Charlemont. The mostly garter stitch center has an elegant scalloped lace edge. The shawl is worked back and forth from straight edge to straight edge in wedges. Ellison can be adjusted for a larger or smaller wrap. The border lace stitch is charted and written out. Valley Yarns Charlemont is a stunning blend of superwash Merino, mulberry silk, and polyamide. It is incredibly soft with a lustrous sheen that accentuates the jewel-like colors.
