Another new pattern at Knitpicks! This one is pretty much my favorite anything I've designed this year, thanks in a big part to my fabulous test knitters who all gave it rave reviews. I just love really fun knits and this one is fun without being too hard, fast but not boring, interesting and challenging and FUN!
Norah’s Joyful Sweater is an explosion of color, just perfect for little people with big personalities. Worked with a combination of four colors in horizontal stripes, dotty bobbles and vertical stripes this is loads of fun for any toddler. Complete a matching hat and delight in the joy when your little one is presented with a pair!
This Sweater is knit from the top down, after completing the yoke both sleeves are worked before working the bottom circumference. The front button band is worked as intarsia and will require two working yarns of the main color on either edge of the sweater at the same time. There are three buttonholes in the button band, and when finished this sweater only requires seaming under the sleeves.
The last page includes charts in black and white which can be colored to match any color substitutions made to the yarn.
